PURPOSE

What do we use your data for?

This Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which we will process personal data at JALLUCA; this includes any personal data collected through our website https://www.rocroi.com/, as well as any other data we process in the course of our business activities.

JALLUCA collects the following personal data for the purposes set out below:

a) “Contact us” form: personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage your request.

b) Create an account: personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage user registration.

c) Online purchases: if you contract any of our services, your personal data will be used to manage the purchase, payment and to keep you informed about our services.

d) “Send your opinion” form: data collected will be used to manage customer reviews.

e) Newsletter: data collected will be used exclusively to send newsletters, as well as commercial communications about promotions and/or advertising for our services.

f) Candidate data: if you attend a job interview at our offices, the data will be used to fill possible job vacancies at the company. If hired, personal data will be used exclusively to manage the employment relationship with JALLUCA.

How long do we keep your data?

Data of potential clients who do not end up contracting any service will be automatically deleted one year after contact, provided they have shown no further interest in our services. If a service is contracted, data will be processed for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once it ends, for the time necessary to address any potential legal liabilities.

Data provided when registering as a JALLUCA user will be kept until the user requests cancellation.

Employment data will be processed for the duration of the employment relationship and, once it ends, for the time necessary to respond to any potential breaches. In the case of selection processes, data will be kept for one year and, if no hiring takes place, deleted from our systems.

When you give us your consent to inform you about our services, we will keep your data until you notify us of your wish to no longer receive communications. If a service is contracted, and in accordance with current regulations, consent to receive commercial communications will be assumed. In any case, you may exercise the right of objection through the channels indicated in this Privacy Policy.

LEGAL BASIS

Data of clients and employees will be processed by JALLUCA for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship.

The legal basis for processing personal data of users who create an account is the consent of the data subject.

We will only process data for promotional purposes if specific consent has been given. Notwithstanding the above, we will process data for promotional purposes where a contractual relationship exists, in accordance with JALLUCA’s legitimate interest.
