6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal policy is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from its interpretation, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Vilanova i la Geltrú (Spain), provided this is not contrary to the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.
