Els Ports Natural Park

Declared in 2001, Els Ports Natural Park is located in southern Catalonia and covers 35,050 hectares of the limestone massif known as the Ports of Tortosa-Beceite. This protected area is characterised by its rugged terrain, deep gorges and exceptional biodiversity. It is part of the Natura 2000 Network and the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve. The highest peak is Mont Caro, reaching 1,441 metres.
